These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by [Men’s Rest ZZZone] and me, Daniel Prescott, including sleep coaching sessions, programmes, and related materials.

By booking or using my services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Provided

I provide sleep coaching services designed to support improved sleep habits and wellbeing. These may include:

  • 1:1 coaching sessions
  • Online programmes and resources
  • Sleep assessments and personalised plans

All services are delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed.

3. Important Disclaimer

Sleep coaching is not a medical service.

  • I am not a medical doctor or healthcare provider.
  • My services are for educational and wellbeing purposes only.
  • You should consult a qualified medical professional for any medical concerns, diagnoses, or treatments.

You agree that you are responsible for your own health decisions.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use my services.

By booking, you confirm that:

  • The information you provide is accurate
  • You are legally capable of entering into a contract

5. Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings are made via an online booking system called TidyCal
  • Payment must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed
  • Your booking is only confirmed once payment is received

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at my discretion.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule or cancel with at least [e.g. 24 hours] notice
  • Cancellations made within this period may not be refunded
  • Missed sessions (no-shows) are non-refundable, or if you have booked multiple sessions, deducted off the …………..

In exceptional circumstances, I may offer flexibility at my discretion.

7. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not typically provided once services have been delivered
  • Programme purchases may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • If a refund is issued, it will be processed via the original payment method

8. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and honest information
  • Engage actively in the coaching process
  • Follow recommendations at your own discretion
  • Take responsibility for your own results

Results are not guaranteed, as outcomes vary between individuals.

9. Confidentiality

I respect your privacy and will keep your information confidential in accordance with my Privacy Policy.

However, confidentiality may be broken if:

  • Required by law
  • There is a risk of serious harm to you or others

10. Data Protection

Your personal data is handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy.

By using my services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

11. Intellectual Property

All materials provided (including programmes, documents, and resources) are the intellectual property of [Men’s Rest ZZZone].

You may not:

  • Share content with third parties
  • Use materials for commercial purposes

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

13. Termination of Services

I reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • These terms are breached
  • Behaviour is inappropriate or abusive
  • Continued engagement is not appropriate

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

14. Changes to Services

I reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue services
  • Update pricing
  • Change programme content

Any changes will be communicated where appropriate.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
